Dvir Solnik, CEO
Mr. Solnik is the CEO of the Company since its foundation in 2004 and has accompanied its development stages. He has vast experience in R&D management, assimilation of new technologies, five production line management, and relation management of international suppliers and customers acquired as operation director of Dan Fish Farm, Israel for seven years. Mr. Solnik holds a M.B.A from University of Bredford, UK and B.Sc in Agriculture from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
Nathan Josman, Marketing Director
Mr. Josman has a large experience in Marketing and Business Development activities in Israel, Europe and Latin America. His previous positions include: VP of Pachmas (Industrial Packaging), General Manager of Bermad (Control Valves) Daughter Companies in Mexico and Colombia, President of Centroaguas Water Company in Tulua-Colombia, VP of BG Polymers (acrylic water polymers and building products).
Yakov Krasik, Professor, Physics Department, Technion, Scientific Advisor
Dr. Krasik is an expert in pulsed current-carrying plasma physics and pulsed power working in the field for over 30 years. He is a head of the Plasma & Pulsed Power Laboratory, Physics Department, Technion and head of the Pulsed Power Center in the Technion. Dr. Krasik has published around 120 papers in leading world-known physics journals on subjects related to pulsed power generators and different types of electrical, optical, spectroscopic and nuclear-activation diagnostics, generations of high-current electron and ion beams, plasma opening switches, active and passive plasma electron sources, underwater electrical wire explosion and strong shock waves generation.
Ori Lahav, Professor - scientific advisor - water chemistry
Dr. Ori Lahav holds a B.Sc. degree in Agricultural Engineering, M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Environmental Engineering, all from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Dr. Lahav, currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Technion, specializes in the development and modeling of water and wastewater treatment processes. He is currently involved in a variety of water-related research projects and also teaches the course Aquatic Chemistry at the Technion.
